Fear of the Lord
“ The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” — Proverbs 1:7 (KJV) To fear the Lord does not mean being scared of God, yes He is Mighty, terrible surrounded by thunder and voice of mighty waters pertaining several verses of the scripture and its true. He is also a Father that takes pride in a personal relationship with Him, He offered heavens best Jesus Christ to atone for our sins. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, its a Holy fear of not wanting to dishonor the King, its a desire to do the will of God, its a foundation of belief and hope, its the first steps to true freedom.
