Fear of the Lord

“ The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”   — Proverbs 1:7 (KJV) To fear the Lord does not mean being scared of God, yes He is Mighty, terrible surrounded by thunder and voice of mighty waters pertaining several verses of the scripture and its true. He is also a Father that takes pride in a personal relationship with Him, He offered heavens best Jesus Christ to atone for our sins. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, its a Holy fear of not wanting to dishonor the King, its a desire to do the will of God, its a foundation of belief and hope, its the first steps to true freedom. Its the law of God  “Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.”   — Deuteronomy 13:4 (KJV)  In doing so we align ourselves in direct path of a faithful relationship and by doing so we invite God upon our life, to redeem us f...

Obedience better than sacrifice

Obedience is better for men for its benefits are great, its highly favored by God and men, soldiers are able to do under orders from their seniors, government regulations are adhered to by the citizens and in the realm of the spirit we find those in occult and darkness obey their masters regardless of ethics and humanity  “ And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.”   — 1 Samuel 15:22 (KJV) Abraham our hero and father of faith demonstrated obedience unto God, He deemed it worthy to obey the one who gives  the sacrifice than the sacrifice itself.  “ And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.”   — Genesis 22:6 (KJV) It is by the obedience of Abraham that God chose his bloodline of which the...

Church lets mean it.

Image
It is by great concern I write today, we have become saints that only want the things of God but never a personal relationship, we confess that we love Him but our hearts are far from Him  “ Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:”   — Isaiah 30:1 (KJV) We have gone everyone in our own way and led by our hearts. We have gone forth to listen to the flesh and not the spirit of God, we have turned our itchy ears to men who have no truth in them, ministers of error, prophets from hell who only care for their bellies. We have defiled the altar of God by calling wrong right, we have replaced the truth with prosperity. Until when shall we walk under darkness? Is not God the Judge of everything ? Are not His eyes upon man looking at His ways ? We deceive our spirits by the our filthy righteousness and counsel that arise from appetites. ...

The right attitude in trials

Image
Gold medals are not awarded just to anyone, its the few who strive for excellence that get it. In our walk of faith we ought to set our eyes up on the prize and thats the crown of glory. Salvation is not an easy journey it is full of trials, temptations and pain at times.  “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.”   — Psalms 34:19 (KJV). Christ told the world that everyone who would take the cross and follow Him was indeed His disciple. Nevertheless there is joy in the Lord Jesus, not one we generate on our own terms but one given by the Spirit of God.  It is in Him that we gain strength to overcome every kind of trials and temptations.  In this walk we will be tested, tried like gold and silver,  “Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.”   — Isaiah 48:10 (KJV) We are a chosen people deemed worthy to bring praise unto God “ And I will bring...

Perfect peace

Isaiah 26 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ³ Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. ⁴ Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength: It gives me much joy that there exist peace that is perfect, worry and stress free. Our Father and Lord of all creation has opted to give us peace that surpasses human understanding, in a very chaotic world where war, inflation, ailments and many worries whether personal or not we have a way out of it. God works through the inner man to liberate him from things that will damage his life, mentally one needs to be in a better place in order to make better decision. Depression is over the charts in many people of how they are going to fix this or that. When the disciples saw the storms of the sea they were worried way much and thought it was their end, when Christ arose and spoke the waters were peaceful and calm. After resurrection He appeared to most men and His words were Peace be w...

Blessed are the undefiled

Image
“ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.”   — Psalms 119:1 (KJV) Blessed are the undefiled in the way who walk upon the way of the Lord, in this text we can come to understand that along the way men tend to be defiled by the many things of life, when they walk in the counsel of their mind. So we are going to see what defilement causes and what areas are affected  Defile - Means to be foul, contaminated, pollute or unclean.  Uncleanness can be subjected into three aspects  1 physical 2 Soul 3 Spiritual  Physical The body is the host that sustains both the soul and the spirit, every realm has a rule that governs it and for this realm of earth it is important that to be of relevance one need to have a body. Satan entered the body of the serpent to trick man, Jesus Christ needed a body to be relevant on this earth, if He had descended from heaven in His God nature am sure men would have run from Him. God partners wit...

The Elect of God

It gives me abundant joy to describe the manifold of the scripture unto us, for by the grace of God we who were lost have found favor with God and deemed worthy to be partakers of the new covenant and be called the sons and daughters of God. Apostle peter writes unto us  “Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”   — 1 Peter 1:2 (KJV) That by the great mercy and knowledge of the Father we should inherit the kingdom, before the foundation of the earth we were chosen to be a peculiar people under the face of the earth. In abundance of the workmanship of the cross and by the shedding of blood we receive atonement, repenting of sins and baptism of water and spirit we get a way through. Sanctified by the Spirit which works unto our souls to bring us to the fruitfulness of obedience to God. “To an inheritance incorruptible, and un...

why enemies are important

Image
Enemies can be used by God  At some point we see the brothers of Joseph being very unbrotherly of them to an extent of selling their brother to their distant cousins Ishmaelites . “Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.”   — Genesis 37:28 (KJV) This became a door by which Joseph was going to fulfill his destiny of being a prime minister in Egypt who saved the whole land during the great famine. Genesis 45 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ⁴ And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. ⁵ Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. ⁶ For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall ne...

A way of a a blessed man

Image
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”   — Psalms 37:23 (KJV) Since the dawn of age man has been given the choice of free will but all along the way we've been able to grasp the aftermath of everything both in virtue and frightening proportions. Men of old and so is some cultures of today tend to depend on their leaders for guidance and some look beyond the physical realm to the spiritual dimension. In this new age of spiritualism many of the millennials and generation z have opted to diverse ways to get direction from horoscopes, crystals, cults, fortune tellers and wizards and atheism. But for a man to be blessed He has to incorporate the Ancient of Days upon his life. To surrender to the will of God is the first step to the path of true freedom. “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”   — Psalms 37:23 (KJV) Allowing Jesus Christ to guide us is always right since our own hearts are...
