The Elect of God

It gives me abundant joy to describe the manifold of the scripture unto us, for by the grace of God we who were lost have found favor with God and deemed worthy to be partakers of the new covenant and be called the sons and daughters of God.
Apostle peter writes unto us
“Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”
  — 1 Peter 1:2 (KJV)
That by the great mercy and knowledge of the Father we should inherit the kingdom, before the foundation of the earth we were chosen to be a peculiar people under the face of the earth. In abundance of the workmanship of the cross and by the shedding of blood we receive atonement, repenting of sins and baptism of water and spirit we get a way through. Sanctified by the Spirit which works unto our souls to bring us to the fruitfulness of obedience to God.
“To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,”
  — 1 Peter 1:4 (KJV)
The devil hates us so much that he doesn't want us to go to this paradise therefore he taints saints to be defiled by the cares of this world. The flesh is going to care for the things of this earth but lets net forget that we should aspire and set our minds on things above with Christ. We will bask in the glory of God, reside in heaven and with Jesus for ever, no more sorrows and pain but glory.
It is a high time that we should walk alert knowing who we are
1 Peter 2 (KJV)

⁹ But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
¹⁰ Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Let us know that our pathe is distained for greatness, a high call and we shouldn't be bothered by the many cares of the world. God will take care of our needs, He will provide resource in this pilgrimage but let us not forget that the Lord is still searching for those that will worship Him in truth and Spirit.
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
  — John 4:23 (KJV)

With great reward will come great trials and temptations, tried by fire to see if its worth it.
Therefore I exhort you by the words of Paul
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”
  — 1 Timothy 6:12 (KJV)

2 Timothy 4 (KJV)

⁵ But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

 …
⁷ I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
⁸ Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

May God bless you as you set your eyes on the crown of glory.
